Weâre working with a well-established legal firm who are looking to hire a Call Centre Operative to join their busy Hertford office.
This is a phone-led role where youâll be the first point of contact for owners, solicitors, clients and third parties, dealing with property arrears, disputes and payment arrangements in a regulated environment.

Youâll be part of a close-knit call centre team handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls relating to unpaid service charges, ground rent and other property-related arrears.
This role suits someone confident handling challenging conversations, identifying valid disputes, and progressing matters efficiently while staying compliant.
