We are recruiting for experienced Welder Fabricators to join a rapidly expanding manufacturing business with long-term contracts and significant investment in people and equipment. This opportunity suits a Welder Fabricator who enjoys variety, high-quality work, and developing new skills while working to demanding standards.
As a Welder Fabricator, you will work on a wide range of components and materials, producing precision parts to exact specifications. The Welder Fabricator role offers exposure to specialist and exotic alloys, with the chance to learn and progress in a business known for quality-driven work across advanced engineering sectors.
Key Responsibilities
TIG weld thin-gauge materials up to 3.5mm
Fabricate and weld components to high-quality standards
Work with materials such as stainless steel, aluminium, Inconel, and titanium
Read and interpret engineering drawings accurately
Maintain consistent quality and attention to detail across varied jobsEssential Skills and Experience
Proven experience working as a Welder Fabricator or TIG Welder
Experience welding thin-gauge metals
Ability to work with stainless steel and other specialist alloys
Confident reading and working from engineering drawings
Willingness to learn and develop new skillsBenefits
£16.00 to £18.88 per hour, depending on experience
Earn while you learn with structured skill development
4-day working week, Monday to Thursday
Overtime available on Fridays and Saturdays at time and a half
Over 5 weeks’ paid holiday, rising to 6 weeks with service
