Portico are currently recruiting for a Reception Team Leader to oversee our new team based with a brand new client who are one of the largest housing associations in the UK. The Reception Team Leader will lead the reception services at the Wembley office, managing 1 other part time receptionist on site. The team are tasked with delivering an exceptional front of house service to all of the associations customers and colleagues, as well undertaking ad-hoc administrative tasks.
Hours: 35 hours per week, with shifts from 8am-4pm, from Mon-Fri
Salary: £32,000 per annum
Responsibilities
* Lead the reception services at the Wembley office and manage one other part-time receptionist on site.
* Ensure delivery of an exceptional front of house service to all customers and colleagues.
* Coordinate ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications
The successful candidate will be an experienced and service-focused leader with a can-do attitude, who is comfortable in managing tasks and people in a fast-paced office environment. They will be skilled in conflict resolution under pressure, with the ability to work well both alone and as part of a team.
