Job Overview
We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Executive to join our growing marketing team. This role is a great opportunity for someone with a flair for design, a passion for storytelling, and hands‑on experience in creating high‑impact visual and video content. You’ll be instrumental in applying our brand across a range of media – from printed literature and social content to video and digital campaigns – while also contributing to broader strategic and campaign activity.
You’ll work closely with colleagues across marketing, events and business development. This is an opportunity to contribute to a hardworking and collaborative environment, delivering on ambitious marketing initiatives with a supportive team.
Key Responsibilities
* Creative Design & Brand Application
o Create high-quality branded content including brochures, adverts, infographics, event collateral, and digital assets.
o Support rebrand activity as part of ongoing business growth and M&A activity, including adapting creative assets, messaging, and visual identity across new business areas and regions.
o Utilise design principles to create and review assets.
* Videography & Video Content
o In collaboration with other marketing team members, bring storytelling to life through video content for internal and external use. This will include interviews, case studies, explainers, and campaign content utilising a combination of in‑house expertise and managing external suppliers.
* Social Media & Content
o Support the creation of compelling content for our social media channels in line with the content calendar.
o Assist with social media planning, scheduling and performance reporting.
* Campaigns & Brand Activation
o Support on brand‑led campaigns and initiatives internally and externally.
o Play a key role in supporting the brand protection and execution across multiple creative assets.
* Cross‑functional Collaboration
o Assist the marketing, events and business development team with additional tasks and projects as they arise.
Qualifications
* A minimum of 3 years hands‑on experience in a creative or design‑led role.
* Proven skills in using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
* Experience in developing and producing engaging, high‑quality content across multiple platforms to support brand messaging.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with the team.
* Up‑to‑date knowledge of design tools, trends, and best practices.
* Detail‑oriented with strong organisational skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficient in MS Office packages and Microsoft Teams.
* Degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field, preferred but not essential.
