Temp All Staffing are currently recruiting a Chef de Partie on behalf of our client. The successful candidate will be working within a luxurious resort as part of the catering team, responsible for the preparation and serving of meals to customers in a fast-paced environment. You will ensure a high level of service in accordance with health and safety regulations and good housekeeping within the department.

Shift
9. This position requires a flexible approach as you will be working a variety of mixed shift patterns including breakfast shifts and weekends.
Job Role
10. Assist with the preparation of food
11. Assisting the head chef and senior sous chefs
12. Managing own section
13. Working as a team to ensure that the kitchen and service areas are clean and tidy.
14. Ensure food is cooked and presented in a timely manner
15. Active part in staff training
16. Involvement with new menu items
17. Ensuring all food and health and safety regulations are followed
Your Skills and Experience
18. Previous chef experience
19. Level 3 food hygiene certificate
20. Full driving license and access to your own vehicle
21. A positive attitude and enthusiastic approach to work
22. Excellent communication skills
23. Willing to follow instructions and use own initiative.
24. Well presented
25. Basic Health and Safety certificates and qualifications
