Behaviour Mentor requirements: · Proven experience supporting children or young people with social, emotional and behavioural needs (in school, youth work or mentoring settings) · Calm, patient and emotionally intelligent, with the ability to de-escalate challenging situations effectively · Passionate about making a positive impact on children’s wellbeing and learning outcomes · Skilled at implementing behaviour intervention strategies and restorative approaches · Able to work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, pastoral staff and external professionals · Committed to promoting inclusion, building trust and modelling positive behaviour The Role As a Behaviour Mentor, you will: · Work 1:1 and in small groups to support pupils in managing emotions and behaviour · Build positive relationships and provide consistent, structured guidance · Help pupils re-engage with learning and develop strategies for long-term success · Support teachers in creating calm, positive learning environments Application If you are passionate about helping children build confidence, resilience and a love of learning, we want to hear from you.
