The Role
Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced M&E Design Engineer / M&E Design Manager to join their team.
This is a pivotal role, working closely with clients, consultants, and project teams from concept through to delivery, ensuring full design coordination and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee M&E design from feasibility through to completion
Coordinate and review consultant and subcontractor designs
Provide technical input during tender and pre-construction stages
Support delivery teams to resolve design challenges and ensure compliance
About You
Strong background in Mechanical, Electrical, or Combined Building Services design
Knowledge of M&E systems integration and relevant regulations
Familiarity with BIM / digital engineering tools (advantageous)
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Experience as a Design Manager or Senior M&E Design Engineer
Remuneration Package

Base Salary:
£70,000 to £85,000 (reflective of experience and seniority)
