Duties
* Perform a variety of beauty treatments including brow treatments, eyelash extensions, nails and waxing.
* Provide excellent customer service by engaging with clients and ensuring their needs are met.
* Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and handling inquiries.
* Assist in social media management to promote services and engage with clients online.
* Upsell products and services to enhance the client experience and increase revenue.
* Maintain a clean and organised work environment, ensuring all tools and products are sanitised.
* Demonstrate strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
* Provide hospitality to guests, creating a welcoming atmosphere within the salon.
Experience
* 5 years experience in the beauty industry, guest services.
* Strong customer service background with a focus on client satisfaction.
* Experience in social media management is advantageous for promoting services effectively.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for this role.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: £10,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
