Irrigation Technical Support Engineer South Location: Home-based (covering the Northern region) Hours: 40 per week Reports to: Branch Manager The Role As an Irrigation Technical Support Engineer, you will play a key part in supporting customers, installers, and partners across the Southern region. This mobile role involves providing technical assistance on our commercial and golf automatic irrigation systems, troubleshooting system components, and supporting full installation and commissioning projects. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong technical and customer-facing skills who enjoys problem-solving, travel, and working independently. Key Responsibilities Provide on-site and remote technical support for irrigation systems and Otterbine lake management products. Assist installers, contractors, and customers with system installations, commissioning, diagnostics, and maintenance. Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic issues across irrigation control systems and components. Deliver product demonstrations, technical guidance, and training where required. Work closely with the Hydroscapes team to ensure high-quality customer experience and timely support.
