We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, Corporate Actions Manager to join our Corporate Actions team. This role is located in Manchester, UK – HYBRID (4 days a week in office).
Responsibilities
* Manage a large, or multiple, Corporate Actions team(s) responsible for providing corporate action-related custody and accounting processing.
* Ensure adequate staffing allocation, performance and personnel management of the team.
* Develop and manage policies and procedures and written supervisory procedures.
* Monitor the workload of a large, or multiple, Corporate Actions team(s) to ensure daily tasks are completed timely and in compliance with department procedures.
* Review files for completion and compliance with execution of risk controls.
* Coordinate with internal departments and external sub custodians, custodians, depositories, agents and brokers to ensure that daily work meets organizational standards.
* Ensure the team is equipped to operationalize and attain team objectives.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
* Experience in financial services or corporate actions is preferred.
