Job Summary
Contributing to the provision of perfusion services at St George's Healthcare. Assisting in departmental development, education, training of the perfusion team, and ensuring continued professional development.
Main Duties
As an experienced and autonomous practitioner, lead by example and act as a role model, providing clinical and professional perfusion services to the multidisciplinary team. Participate in team development, organize facilities and staff to meet contractual and professional targets.

Job Description & Responsibilities
As a senior team member, contribute to the professional development and training of junior staff. Assist in delivering high-quality elective and on-call perfusion services focusing on goal-directed perfusion. Refer to full JD and person specifications for detailed roles and responsibilities.
Person Specification
* Essential: SCPS Accreditation, CCPS Registration
* Desirable: Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience, management of CPB for dissections, management of minimally invasive bypass procedures, management qualification
