The Commercial Manager is responsible for driving the commercial operations of the business, supporting the sale of technical, engineering led products through effective pricing, quoting, bids, tenders, and order processing. The role has direct leadership responsibility for the Sales Coordinator team supporting 3 distinct business units ensuring a consistent, high-quality commercial service across the organisation. This role plays a key part in creating a unified, high-performing commercial function, working closely with Sales, Technical, Operations, and Finance to deliver commercially sound, technically compliant and customer-focused outcomes.
