Stores & Warehouse Coordinator (Temp to Perm)
Location: Mansfield
£12.50 per hour
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday
SF Recruitment are working in partnership with one of our fantastic clients to recruit a Stores and Warehouse Coordinator. This is a key role within a busy department, where you’ll be supporting both the operational and administrative side of the warehouse, reporting directly into the Procurement Manager.
The successful candidate will play a vital part in keeping the operation running smoothly – from managing stock and overseeing shipments to ensuring accurate administration and efficient processes. This role offers a varied mix of hands-on warehouse duties alongside office-based support.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive, check, and store incoming materials.
Organise and maintain stock in the warehouse.
Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch.
Complete stock administration, including processing orders and invoices.
Book couriers and manage consignments.
Conduct regular stock checks and audits.
Support with general administration, including data entry, filing, and correspondence.
Work closely with internal teams to resolve stock queries and meet order deadlines.
Maintain a clean and organised stores environment.
Skills & Experience:
Counterbalance forklift licence – essential.
Proven experience in a warehouse/stores role.
Comfortable with both manual handling and administrative tasks.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
Basic IT skills, including courier booking systems.
Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines.
