Your Role
We are rapidly growing our Digital Supply Chain capability in the UK consulting business, working with industry‑leading clients. To support our growth, we are hiring experienced Senior Supply Chain Solution Architects from top consulting firms or solution vendors. This is your chance to become part of a growing team delivering transformational and sustainable operational solutions to blue‑chip manufacturing, automotive, aerospace & defence, consumer products, retail, and life science organisations.
In this role you will:
* Lead, shape design and deliver supply chain solutions across functional, technical, configuration, customization and integration.
* Bring cross‑domain experience across S&OP, materials planning, procurement, logistics, traceability, control tower etc.
* Offer cross‑sector experience ranging from retail, manufacturing, oil and gas.
* Present technical solutions to architecture review boards and steerco.
* Lead full lifecycle implementation of supply chain solutions, e.g. SAP Apo, S/4 HANA, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, E2open, amongst others.
* Design bespoke AI solutions for supply chains.
Role

Your Profile
You will demonstrate a blend of the following skills and attributes:
* Passion and understanding for business transformation leveraging digital technologies and AI.
* Focus on ensuring new solutions deliver sustainable results across the value chain.
* Solid track record of successful solution design and technical delivery, capable of working independently and in teams in our collaborative but demanding project environment.
* Desire to develop, coach others and improve team performance.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate clearly across all levels within Capgemini, our clients and third‑party organisations.
* Professionalism, flexibility and resilience – able to adjust positively to changing tasks, locations, shifting priorities or ambiguity.
* Current consulting experience in a major consulting firm or industry, with a proven ability to succeed in a matrixed organisation and enlist support and commitment from peers in selling and delivering consulting solutions.
* Experience in proposition building and delivery.
