In this role, you’ll guide, support, and inspire our team of Educators to deliver high-quality, play-based learning that goes beyond National Quality Standards (NQS) — making a real difference for the children, families, and community we serve.

80-place centre for ages 6 weeks to 6 years
Three beautiful rooms, with two outdoor areas
Communication with families made easy through the Owna platform
About you
A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or equivalent)
Current First Aid Certificate including CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis
Current Paid Working with Children Check (WWCC)
National Police Check (obtained in the last 6 months) or willing to obtain
Current Child Protection, Safe Sleep and Food Safety Training is desirable
Extensive knowledge of the EYLF and NQS, experience with the Assessment and Rating process.
Understanding of the Reggio Emilia philosophy is desirable but not essential.
You have a vision to support local families and their children by mentoring and leading your team to exceptional heights
Passionate about the Early Childhood Sector and an advocate for children.
Ability to build strong relationships with Educators, children and families.
Have a minimum of 3 years' experience in managing a child care service as a Centre Director or similar role within the Early Childhood Education sector.
Proven ability to manage budgets, resources, and enrollments effectively with a strong focus on providing the highest level of quality care to the children in our care.
