What the Job Involves This full-time, 36-hour per week position is based at the Orchard Housing Office and requires you to start as soon as possible for a one-year tenure. The role includes: Identifying vulnerable residents and collaborating with partner agencies to ensure their safety and tenancy sustainability Handling all aspects of Tenancy Management, including successions, assignments, mutual exchanges, legal issues, boundary disputes, and property damage Managing anti-social behaviour through proactive case management, negotiation, solution finding, victim updates, and maintaining detailed records Skills Resilience and self-starting attitude Excellent problem-solving skills Strong negotiation abilities Detail-oriented with strong record-keeping capabilities Creativity in solution development Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Full driving license and car access
