Salary: £35,728.71 - £47,171.81 per annum, dependent on qualifications and experience
Plumbing Lecturer – responsible for delivering teaching and learning to Level 1 and Level 2 learners.
Responsibilities include:
* Planning, preparing and delivering classroom and practical lessons in plumbing
* Assessing student progress and providing constructive feedback
* Developing course materials, resources and assessment criteria
* Keeping up to date with industry developments and best practice in plumbing education
* Co‑working with the institution’s student support and development teams to promote student welfare and success
Qualifications and experience:
* Experienced plumber with demonstrable industry knowledge
* Level 3 qualification in Plumbing
* Teacher training qualification or actively working towards one
* Recognised and current Level 3 Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement (TAQA) – preferred
* Experience of IQA beneficial
