Job Description
Role Purpose:
The Conference Planner will support the creation of world class events by creating and delivering a seamless registration, Peer to Peer (P2P) and customer experience to all clients. The candidate will be responsible for flawlessly delivering and executing on assigned virtual and in-person program responsibilities by managing all details related to registration, P2P and customer experiences.
What you will do:
Primary Responsibilities:
1. Be an integral part of the Gartner C-Level Communities (GCC) Center of Excellence responsible for creating a registration, P2P and customer experience which is thoughtful and consistent
2. Be part of a cross-functional team that is responsible for creating registration journeys that are deliberate, personalized, and engaging
3. Drive continuous elevation, improvement, and innovation of the registration experiences (delegate, sponsors, and associates)
4. Provide input for attendee communications and MyEvanta.com, as well as onsite branding, build and journey related to the registration experience
5. Travel onsite to GCC events and lead as Registration & P2P (approx. travel 20% - 25% per year, domestic and regional)
