The Opportunity
We are currently recruiting for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead the technology function of this forward-thinking organisation. This senior leadership role is pivotal in setting and delivering the overall technology vision and strategy. The ideal candidate will be deeply passionate about technology, possess a strong record of managing high-performing technical teams, and bring the strategic insight required to keep the business competitive in a fast-evolving digital environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with the organisation’s business goals.
* Oversee all technology initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.
* Lead the development of mobile applications, data platforms, and core systems infrastructure.

Candidate Requirements
* Previous experience as a CTO or in a senior technology leadership role within a software-led or digital-first environment.
* In-depth understanding of the software development lifecycle, mobile technologies, and telecommunications systems.
* Strong leadership skills, with the ability to define vision, inspire teams, and drive technical innovation.
* Experience managing budgets, resources, and complex delivery timelines.
* A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree desirable).
* Exceptional strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
