WANTED! An experienced estate agency Assistant Sales Manager / Senior Sales Negotiator is needed in the Havant area, for a smart local independent estate agency. The company are looking for a smart individual with excellent customer service skills and listing experience.
Our client is seeking an ambitious and motivated Assistant Sales Manager to join their successful estate agency team.
This role offers the opportunity to take a key supporting position in leading the branch’s sales operations. You’ll work closely with the Sales Manager to drive performance, secure new instructions, and ensure the highest level of client service. Ideal for a Senior Sales Negotiatorready to step up and take on more responsibility.
What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
* Supporting the Sales Manager in overseeing the day-to-day running of the sales team.
* Conducting property valuations and securing new listings.
* Managing and motivating team members to meet and exceed sales targets.
* Driving new business generation and promoting branch growth.
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, buyers, and vendors.
* Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
* Overseeing marketing activity and property presentation standards.
* Assisting with performance reviews, training, and development of junior team members.
What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):
* Previous experience in residential estate agency (minimum 2–3 years).
* Proven success in winning instructions and achieving sales targets.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
* Motivational and proactive team player with leadership potential.
* Confident, professional, and results-focused approach.
* Good local market knowledge of Havant and surrounding areas.
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
