The role is necessary to carry out clinical reviews and provide case managers with advice in relation to complaints and enquiries in connection with PIP referrals. Complaints and enquiries can come from customers, representatives (including welfare rights groups & MPs), as well as DWP. Part of the role is also to provide outcomes and feedback on all complaints about healthcare professionals; this information is used as part of professional development and improvement, as well as to make overall business improvements.
About The Role
As a Nurse Functional Assessor at Maximus, you’ll use your clinical expertise to understand how a person's disability or health condition affects their daily life. You’ll work on complex cases involving physical and mental health conditions and chronic pain disorders. Your compassion and experience will help customers move forward with their lives.
We provide a tailored training programme: 6 weeks of training before assessing customers, followed by ongoing support and mentorship.

Salary Range
Minimum: £38,000.00
Maximum: £496,000.00
