SEN 1:1 Teaching Assistant - Bolton (Sept Start) Employer: Tradewind Recruitment Contract: Full-time, long-term via Tradewind - potential to go permanent Start Date: September 2025 (Term-time) Hours: Mon-Fri, approx. 8:30 am-3:30 pm (school hours) Role Overview Join a supportive special needs setting in Bolton, helping one-to-one with a pupil with complex needs (e.g. autism, SEMH, ADHD). You'll assist with learning, behaviour, emotional regulation, personal care, and social development. You'll also work closely with teachers, parents, and professionals to follow tailored plans such as EHCPs and IEPs. What You'll Bring Experience & qualifications: Previous 1:1 SEN support experience (EYFS-KS2 secondary); Level 2 or 3 TA qualification or equivalent preferred. Skills: Empathy, patience, communication, and behaviour-management strategies (Team Teach training available).
