Purpose Of Role
* Contribute to supplier retention by increasing customer satisfaction.
* Assess and verify supplier submissions in a timely and accurate manner.
* Resolve issues proactively.
Roles And Responsibilities
* Undertake Health and Safety assessments and provide advice and support to suppliers.
* Accurately verify documents submitted by suppliers based on set criteria and agreed processes, offering guidance throughout.
* Make outbound calls efficiently to:
* Request data updates.
* Provide additional information.
* Resolve issues, escalating when necessary.
* Provide accurate responses to customer queries, seeking clarification to ensure correctness.
* Maintain a high level of quality and customer service across all communication channels, in line with company policies.
* Assist in delivering additional Health and Safety services as needed.
* Work within defined KPIs and manage personal performance against business and personal targets.
* Meet regularly with Team Lead to provide feedback and support the improvement of:
* Customer service culture.
* Response times.
* Tools and internal/external experiences.
* Support Team Leaders and team members with a positive attitude and commitment to high working standards.
* Collaborate with and support other teams to ensure a positive customer experience.
Key Skills And Experience
* Holds NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent, Associate Member (AIOSH).
* 12 years of experience in a busy office administration role, working across multiple systems.
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to interpret complex documentation.
* Customer-centric with excellent listening, questioning, and problem-solving skills.
* Positive, self-driven, and results-oriented; works well in a team environment.
* Strong administrative and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and quickly learn new systems.
