We are currently recruiting for a HR Resourcing Officer to work for Lincolnshire Police at their headquarters in Nettleham. This will be working part-time hours 18.5 hours per week (to be covered over Wednesday, Thursday and Friday between 0830 and 1700 hours) PLEASE NOTE DUE TO THE POLICE VETTING CRITERIA YOU MUST HAVE RESIDED WITHIN THE UK CONTINUOUSLY FOR AT LEAST 3 YEARS FROM THE DATE OF APPLICATION JOB PURPOSE AND SCOPE: To support the Resourcing Manager in delivering a professional, effective and proactive advisory service, in relation to recruitment and selection of people resources. This includes a professional first point of contact service, and for providing innovative and effective solutions to recruitment needs and issues in partnership with strategic and operational line managers.
