Collaborative and adaptable, you’ll champion the day-to-day running of the store, helping the management team drive strong commercial results and smooth shop-floor operations.
Responsibilities
* Greet, assist, and lead by example on the shop floor, connecting with customers, sharing your passion for style and delivering great service.
* Maintain a commercial approach to the role and operations, handling transactions accurately and assisting with stock control processes.
* Use your experience to support our Style Advisors as they grow their own knowledge and experience.
* Assist in all tasks to ensure the smooth of the store.
Engaging with excellent communication skills and flourish in a customer-facing environment.
* Focused and take pride in the work you do with our customers.
* Able to demonstrate your ability to build relationships with customers, recognise their needs and provide the complete outfit they are looking for.
Ideally experienced in a customer facing environment.
