Position: Account Manager
Contract Type: Permanent

Your Role:
As the Account Manager, you will be the heartbeat of their customer relationships! You'll engage with clients to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and ensure they receive top-notch service. Your enthusiasm and expertise will drive customer satisfaction and loyalty!
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Serve as the main point of contact for customer enquiries and concerns.
Identify opportunities for account growth and new business.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customised solutions.
Monitor account performance and ensure client satisfaction.
Prepare and present reports on account status and performance.
What You Bring:
Proven experience in account management or a related field preferably working with blue chip customers and with B2B Account Management experience.
Strong interpersonal skills with a knack for building rapport.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and client engagement.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Package:
Salary £35,000 - £45,000 per annual (dependent upon skills and experience)
Account Manager's bonus scheme - performance related (after completion of probationary period)
Probationary period - 3 months
22 days annual leave
Hybrid working - 2/3 days office
