We are seeking a Mobile Cleaner to attend a number sites for one of our Social Housing partners, in Taunton- and surrounding areas.
This is a full time, permanent position, working 8am - 4:30pm, Monday to Friday.
The hourly rate is £13.00
A Full Manual UK Driving Licence is required, but Company Vehicle is provided.
Key Responsibilities:
* Dust, damp wipe or wash walls, skirting boards, hand rails, ledges, window sills, radiators, lifts, doors and frames
* Sweeping floors with brushes or dust control mops
* Mopping floors with wet or damp mops
* Hoovering of carpeted areas
* Emptying waste bins or similar receptacles, transporting waste material to designated collection points
* Mix cleaning supplies in the correct quantities for safe use
* Replenish consumable items e.g. soap, toilet rolls, paper towels
* Clean kitchens, toilets, urinals, hand basins and sinks
What are we looking for?
* Prior professional Cleaning experience
* IT literate (use of tablet, smart phone apps).
* Good communication skills, both verbal and written (English)
* Willing to undergo a Standard or Enhanced DBS check (We cover the cost of the DBS check)
