Mango Solutions are looking for a Housekeeper Supervisor for a International Student House in Kennington, SE11
Hours: 09:30am till 04:30pm
Rota basis 6 days a week including weekend .
Duties:
Overseeing staff performance on a daily basis
Checking all bedrooms, lakeside & woodland lodges (as per departure and arrival requirements) function rooms and common areas, including stairways and lounge areas, for cleanliness
Respond to customer complaints and special requests
Monitor and replenish linens, towels, toiletries and soft furnishings according to room décor and number of guests in residence
Monitor and replenish cleaning products including floor cleaner, bleach and rubber gloves
Ensure compliance with safety, PPE requirements & sanitation policies
