This role can be based in any of our offices: Glasgow, Aberdeen, Manchester, or London.
Role Overview
As a Senior D365 CE Functional Consultant, you will be a key driver in our Business Applications pillar, leveraging your Dynamics expertise to lead high-profile D365 projects.
Your Responsibilities
1. Advise and inspire customers on maximizing business benefits from their systems.
2. Lead delivery teams on Dynamics 365 projects, supporting business objectives and processes.
3. Collaborate with customers to understand and define their business processes for system configuration.
4. Assist with configuration, data migration, and end-to-end testing.
5. Provide end-user training and coaching.
6. Design and test customizations for Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement/Power Platform.
7. Participate in go-live stages of projects.
8. Maintain communication with customers and project managers to progress projects.
9. Engage in pre-sales activities, understanding customer requirements, and demonstrating solutions.
Desired Skills and Experience
* Experience with Dynamics 365 CRM, especially in Customer Service, Customer Insights Journeys, or Sales modules.
* Experience within the Financial Services sector.
* Ability to design solutions, facilitate meetings, and manage stakeholders.
* Expertise in customizing and configuring Dynamics 365 and Power Platform tools.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with good documentation practices.
* Experience in data migration, testing, and validation.
* Ability to mentor junior team members and provide technical leadership.
* Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant Associate.
* Understanding of Agile methodologies and project management principles.
