Role Overview
As Sous Chef you will be right in the action in the kitchen, serving as the second in command to the Head Chef and stepping up to cover when they are not on shift.
Responsibilities
* Offer previous branded experience in a similar role or as a seasoned Commis Chef.
* Assist the Head Chef in managing all aspects of the kitchen.
* Be accountable for running the line during service.
* Oversee, organise, and encourage the kitchen team – helping to develop their skills.
* Be passionate about maintaining the highest standards of food and service.
Compensation
Up to £13 per hour, 35 hours per week, reliable hours contract, with career progression through the Chef Development Programme and a privilege card discount.
