Key Responsibilities: * Assisting project & contract managers with general administration * Managing diaries for site managers & senior staff * Liaising with sub-contractors & handling quotations * Creating & maintaining company spreadsheets * Collate information for monthly payment applications * Maintaining electronic filing systems * Preparing site folders * Tracking & updating drawings and registers * Document control through various portals, including 4projects * Typing letters and general correspondence * Assisting the Health & Safety manager with administration tasks * Preparing new starter packs * Submitting weekly returns to clients * Deal with client queries * Creating and maintaining work progress trackers * Downloading & distributing client instructions * Collate information and build O & M manuals Benefits: * Additional leave * Company pension * Employee discount * Health & wellbeing programme * Life insurance * On-site parking * Referral programme Schedule: * Monday to Friday Work Location: In person
