We are searching for a PMO Manager who will play a vital role in delivering a high-profile Digital Transformation Programme. This programme includes the implementation of a new Salesforce CRM, enhancement of digital channels, and the creation of a unified single customer view to better support internal marketing teams.
This role involves taking ownership of the PMO function following a structured handover from the current consultancy resource. You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the PMO, ensuring strong governance, high-quality reporting, and clear visibility of programme progress at executive level.
Responsibilities
* Partner closely with the Programme Director and Sponsors to shape and deliver high-quality programme reporting
* Ensure progress updates for the Executive Board and Trustees are accurate, insight-driven, and enable informed decision-making
* Lead and coordinate the quarterly planning cycle across the programme
* Own and continuously refine the high-level delivery roadmap, ensuring clear visibility of strategic milestones, decision points, dependencies, and sequencing
* Provide strategic oversight of delivery progress across all programme initiatives
* Analyse PMO data to identify risks, trends, and emerging priorities, ensuring timely escalation where required
* Drive consistency and best practice across programme governance and reporting frameworks
* Support effective decision-making by providing clear, concise, and actionable insights
* Act as a senior member of the transformation team, modelling the use of structured change and delivery frameworks
* Embed and promote best practice PMO methodologies across the programme
