Senior Sales Manager – MSP & Cybersecurity

- Package: £75,000 - £95,000 + Bonus + Benefits

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading from the front, developing new business and managing key client relationships
- Coaching and motivating a team of Account Managers, New Business Managers, and SDRs
- Owning and executing the go-to-market strategy for a growing MSP portfolio
- Working closely with marketing and product teams to launch new services
- Managing the sales pipeline and driving conversion from lead to revenue
- Creating a high-performance culture with clear KPIs and accountability
- Staying ahead of trends in the MSP and cybersecurity markets
- Reporting on team performance and contributing to strategic decisions
Main Skills Needed:
- Proven sales leadership experience in an MSP, cybersecurity, or tech-focused environment
- Strong personal sales track record with team management credentials
- Solid understanding of managed services, cloud, and cybersecurity solutions
- Commercially sharp with a data-driven, results-focused approach
- Confident communicator with great influencing and coaching skills
- Comfortable using CRM and analytics tools to track performance
