Job Purpose:
Accountable for operationalisation of the digital strategy in alignment with Regional and Cluster needs. You will collaborate with marketing colleagues and cross functional brand team members to deliver engaging customer experiences using omnichannel digital approaches internally and externally.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
* Close working with cross functional brand team members to design strategy and operationalise digital initiatives across the local markets
* Collaboration with brand teams to design and deliver omnichannel strategy across the patient and customer journey
* Ensure digital activities are appropriately tracked and monitored to assess performance, and drive analysis to uncover insights and inform continuous enhancements
* Responsible for ensuring digital programmes, initiatives and assets are compliant
* Work with cross functional teams, including field teams, to roll out, train and embed digital capabilities across the Cluster
* Collaborate with digital colleagues across the business to share best practice, build capabilities and refine the digital strategy
* Keep informed of market developments and market specific digital trends and educate local and regional cross-functional colleagues
Qualifications
Position Requirements:
* Degree in life sciences, IT/Digital or marketing preferred
* Pharmaceutical marketing experience
* Experience of developing, managing and implementing digital customer engagement strategy (preferably across multiple geographies)
* Experience using Veeva’s suite of applications (Approved Email, CLM, etc), SalesForce Marketing Cloud, creating and managing search and social ads, building and managing websites. Experience in designing and managing omnichannel campaigns and digital materials is essential
* Experience of working cross functionally across Regional, Affiliate and Franchise structures
* Rare disease or hospital specialist experience is desirable
* Strong and proven project management skills
* Overnight and overseas travel
