Overview
This is a part-time, permanent Co-ordinator role to manage and maintain HR generalist duties, H&S and ISO documentation and compliance for a well-established family-run manufacturing firm based in Bradford. It is onsite with free onsite parking and requires a combination of morning and afternoon hours to cover production shifts.
Responsibilities
* Manage generalist HR duties and handle ER cases with support from an external HR consultancy.
* Coordinate documentation and communications around company-wide HR and ISO standards.
* Maintain robust, proven processes in collaboration with the MD.
Qualifications
* Recent experience with HR, H&S and ISO at an associate / intermediate level.
* Genuine interest in H&S, people-centric approach, strong attention to detail, and conscientiousness.
* A CIPD qualification would be advantageous.
Role Details
* Location: Bradford, West Yorkshire (onsite)
* Hours: approximately 24–30 hours per week; flexible on days and start/finish times; must cover morning and afternoon shifts
* Salary: up to £34,000 p.a. pro-rata
* Holiday: 23 days pro-rata plus bank holidays
