Keid Consulting have been tasked by several of our clients to find Acquisition Surveyors of all levels.
If successful your role will include searching for, identifying, legally acquiring and gaining planning permissions for telecommunication sites for mobile phone operators. The role will also encompass dealing with estate management issues and matters that surround the upgrading/consolidation of existing telecoms sites.
KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Identification of new sites for the installation of telecommunication equipment. This will include Greenfield/Streetworks masts and rooftop installations in and around the South of England as specified by our Client's search areas.
Consultation with Clients to determine network requirements in relation to search areas given.
Preparation and submission of search reports providing site specific information.
Obtaining aerial height panoramic photographs for identified sites.
Attending and leading Multi Skilled Visits to enable site design.
Negotiation of terms for the lease/licence within Client parameters including term of agreement, rent, review provisions, break clauses, site sharing rights etc.
Consultation with Local Authority Planning Departments and Stakeholders, preparation and submission of planning applications and supplementary information, negotiation with planning officers.
Preparation of standard form lease agreements-in some cases.
Liaison with Client and Landlord solicitors through to legal completion.
Updating Client and internal project tracking spread sheets throughout the acquisition process along with submission of invoicing pro-forma on reaching payment milestones.
Completion and submission of Access hand over packs.
On-going support to sub-contractors throughout the build phase.
