Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant Location: Tamworth, Staffordshire, B79 Pay Rate: £105 - £115 per day Start Date: ASAP Contract: Full-time, long-term, temp to perm Long Term Futures are recruiting for a patient, resilient and proactive Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant to provide dedicated 1:1 support for a pupil with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs within a welcoming and supportive primary school in Tamworth, accessible from Birmingham City Centre, Nuneaton and Lichfield. This role will involve working closely with a pupil with Autism and SEMH needs, supporting their engagement with learning, and positive behaviour development. The school is seeking a calm and consistent individual who can build a strong, trusting relationship and act as a behaviour mentor, assisting the pupil to feel safe and supported throughout the school day.
