Marketing and Communications Coordinator

Pay Rate: £17.47 per hour (PAYE) or £22.82 per hour (Umbrella)

Seven Resourcing are currently recruiting for a Marketing and Communications Coordinator to join a dynamic public sector team in Plymouth. This is an excellent opportunity for a creative and driven communications professional looking to make a real impact through stakeholder engagement, digital campaigns, and strategic marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and deliver effective marketing and communication strategies to engage both internal and external stakeholders
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners to support local skills and workforce development initiatives
* Create engaging content across multiple channels including social media, digital platforms, campaigns, and publications
* Support recruitment campaigns and help maximise engagement across key demographic groups
* Contribute to innovative marketing approaches that enhance service delivery and project visibility
* Monitor and evaluate campaign performance to ensure continuous improvement and impact
Key Requirements:
* Proven experience in marketing, communications, or public relations
* Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media management, and content creation
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
* Experience working with stakeholders and delivering engagement strategies
* Public sector experience is desirable but not essential
