Administrator (Temp cover) – Heatherwood Court

An exciting and new opportunity has arisen to work as a Hospital Administrator within Heatherwood Court, Pontypridd. As a Hospital Administrator you will support the management team within the Hospital and undertake administrative duties to support the staff and patients within the hospital and work with the General Manager to ensure efficient and effective processes and procedures are adhered to.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm based at Heatherwood Court
This is a temporary cover, expected for a period of 1 month
Duties to include:
4. Provide administrative support to hospital staff, department heads, and management.
5. Greet and assist patients, visitors, and staff with inquiries, appointments, and directions.
6. Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference calls for hospital personnel.
7. Prepare reports, memos, letters, and other documents as needed.
8. Handle incoming and outgoing communications including phone calls, emails, and mail.
9. Coordinate with other hospital departments to ensure timely and effective administrative processes.
10. Updating reports, photocopying, monitoring sickness and holiday records keep staff contact and organisational charts up to date and other records as directed by the management staff.
11. To carry out duties and responsibilities in line with the Data Protection Act and as directed by management.
12. Co-ordinate and manage Unit administration staff re-scheduling tasks when required to meet deadlines and changing day-to-day priorities.
13. Prepare Purchase Orders in line with Company policy, managing receipt of goods and prompt forwarding of invoices.
14. To ensure all Petty Cash expenditure is logged onto petty cash spreadsheet on a daily basis
15. To do weekly audits of Petty Cash & Clients Monies
16. Coordinating the transport for clients ensuring that the transport is equally shared.
