WRK digital urgently seeks 2 x Contract Business Analysts to start immediately. Inside IR35, £600 per day. You must be willing to go on site approximately 1 day per week (Tuesdays) in Worcester.
It is essential that you have demonstrable Salesforce Service Cloud experience, particularly involving Case Management.
You should be comfortable running workshops with Business Stakeholders, producing detailed process maps, specifying supporting data items, and engaging in wireframing.
The programme operates in sprints, so understanding sprint ceremonies, participating in refinement sessions, and contributing actively are required. Experience with Jira and Confluence is beneficial but not mandatory.
The environment is fast-paced, requiring resilience and adaptability to shifting priorities.
Role Responsibilities include:
1. Elicit business, stakeholder, solution (functional and non-functional), and transition requirements as epics and user stories.
2. Facilitate and negotiate requirement approvals to ensure complete understanding of business needs.
3. Maintain the requirements traceability matrix.
4. Document As-Is and To-Be processes, perform gap analysis, and provide recommendations.
5. Design and document customer journeys and service blueprints to optimize customer and employee experiences.
6. Define personas for customers, employees, and third parties as needed.
7. Support QA reviews and early testing, including test script preparation if required.
Experience required:
1. Strong business analysis skills with experience at senior levels.
2. Ability to work with initiative and resilience within a complex, multi-workstream Agile environment.
3. Salesforce Business Analysis expertise with in-depth knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud.
4. Experience analyzing and defining requirements for complex user journeys in Salesforce, specifically for case management.
