1. Reconciliation of Bank and Cash Accounts
2. Processing Intepany Journal Entries for Manual Invoices
3. Prepayments
4. Managing Accruals for Cash Transactions
5. Oversight of Fixed Assets
6. Calculation and Posting of Central Cost Accruals
7. Conducting Rent Reviews
8. Evaluating Repairs and Maintenance: Expenses
9. Posting of Assets and Depreciation Entries
10. Execution of Bank Payments
11. Any other duties required by the wider finance function
What you'll need to succeedYou will have excellent knowledge and experience of all-round accounts. The ideal candidate would have excellent Excel and will have previously used SAGE, and display goodmunication skills and have a pro-active approach to ensure the job is done to a high standard. You will ideally be immediately available or on short notice.What you'll get in return
