Practice Manager – Loughborough - £40-45K We are working in partnership with a well-established, forward-thinking multi-disciplinary law firm in Loughborough. Due to continued growth, the firm is now seeking an experienced Practice Manager to play a key strategic and operational role in the business. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded Practice Manager who enjoys having real influence across a firm and working closely with partners to drive efficiency, compliance and sustainable growth. The Role Reporting directly to the Partners, the Practice Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the firm, ensuring that operational, financial and regulatory functions run smoothly and effectively.
