Are you a hands-on Business Systems expert with deep insurance experience and a passion for building, optimising and owning CRM and PAS environments?
We're partnering with a growing insurance group looking for a
Business Systems Lead
to take full ownership of their CRM and wider business systems landscape. This is a pivotal role supporting both broking and consultancy divisions, with real influence over pricing builds, scheme builds, quote & buy processes and operational optimisation.
The Role
**This is not a strategy-only position, we need a
technical, hands-on systems leader
who can configure, build and optimise in real time.
Responsibilities:
* Leading CRM configuration, workflows, dashboards and automation
* Managing
pricing builds, scheme builds and quote & buy builds
(essential)
* Supporting and optimising platforms such as and related systems
* Managing integrations across finance, marketing and reporting tools
* Leading CRM migrations and decommissioning projects
* Acting as the internal subject matter expert across all business systems
* Supporting compliance, audits and UK data protection requirements
* Driving automation and AI-related system initiatives
Requirements:
* Strong insurance sector experience (essential)
* Proven hands-on CRM configuration experience (Acturis, Open GI, SSP, SchemeServe, etc.)
* Deep experience with pricing builds, scheme builds and quote & buy processes
* Strong understanding of workflows, automation, integrations and data governance
* Reporting capability (Excel, SQL, Power BI, Python or similar)
* Confident stakeholder engagement across technical and non-technical teams
* Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
