About the Role:
Our client, a growing company in the construction, civil engineering, and plant hire sector, is looking for a commercially minded, self-motivated Sales & Business Development Executive to join their team. This is a hands-on role combining proactive sales with operational support, helping to grow the customer base and increase sales revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Generate and convert new leads in target sectors (construction, infrastructure, plant hire)
2. Prepare and send quotes, proposals, and agreements
3. Qualify opportunities and contact prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn
4. Maintain CRM with activity, feedback, and pipeline forecasts
5. Follow up leads and close deals to meet targets
6. Support marketing initiatives, including email campaigns and lead generation projects
