We are a well respected and leading technology business based in Hertford, Hertfordshire. The company has grown significantly over the last 5 years and we have further plans to accelerate our growth still further. We are nowlooking to appoint ad additional candidate in our Bids and Tenders division of the business and would ideally like to attract a candidates from a similar background. The role isvaried and comes with unrivalled career prospects for the right candidate

Duties will involve

Reporting to the Sales Director, the successful candidates primary purpose will be to support Visions two Bid Managers with day-to-day bidding activities as well as supporting the Corporate/Commercial and Public Sector sales team. Depending on the individual skill set we may include other duties as time allows.

* Monitor bid and proposal inboxes, actioning and/or directing request as appropriate

with opportunity identification and distribution

*Register and maintain accounts for online tender portals
* Manage internal and external bid team communications through email, MS Teams, and telephone
*Add and update opportunities within CRM and bid tracker
* Prepare sales proposals, documents and presentations (MS PowerPoint & Word); maintain and update proposal tracker
