Onshore Substation Package for a major Offshore Wind Developer based in The United Kingdom Responsibilities As an Onshore SS Package Manager, you will develop and provide leadership to a multidisciplinary cables team and will have accountability for the delivery of the onshore substation contracts, which will include the management of a wide range of areas, including but not limited to: Health, safety, environment, and quality. Design, supply, install, and commission. Programme. Commercial, claims and risks Project reporting and development of processes and procedures HSSE performance through design and implementation to eliminate or reduce risks during construction, operation and maintenance Review and implementation of FEED and detailed design contracts, support main asset procurement and detail design Define, develop and successfully manage the interfaces with the rest of project packages Undertake tender document preparation, bid reviews and evaluations, Requirements Master's in Engineering with a minimum of 10 years' experience and knowledge in execution of onshore substation projects Good knowledge of current health, safety and environmental legislation in particular CDM 2015 Regulations Significant and in-depth experience in Project Management of onshore substation and/or HV works projects High level of competency in contract management, claims management, negotiation techniques and dispute resolution methodologies
