Office Manager / Head of Customer Service
My client is looking for an experienced Customer Service Manager / Office Manager - Waste and Recycling to join a busy team and provide excellent customer service.
Package: £35,000 – £40,000
Hours: 8am – 5pm with 1-hour lunch break
Career: My client seeks an experienced Office Manager to join their dynamic team.
Due to increased business and exciting new developments, the Office Manager will help manage workflow and ensure SLA compliance.
Location: Malmesbury, Tetbury, and Trull
You may have worked in the following industries: Waste Management, Recycling, Composting, Green Waste, Metals Recycling, Skip Hire, RoRo Hire
Role - Customer Service Manager / Office Manager – Waste and Recycling
1. Manage a team of customer service representatives to deliver excellent service.
2. Oversee KPI management.
3. Assist with documentation and staff holiday management.
4. Thrive under pressure and excel at multi-tasking.
5. Work independently and collaboratively to ensure smooth processes.
6. Maintain an excellent telephone manner and coordinate with various departments.
Experience Required - Site Manager / Office Manager - Waste and Recycling
Previous experience in Waste Management and/or Skip Hire services is essential.
IT literacy is required, preferably with experience using internal CRM systems.
Strong communication skills and high attention to detail are a must.
