Marketing Director | Brand Growth & Portfolio Strategy

Marketing Director responsible for leading a multi-brand Essential Health portfolio across Northern Europe, driving commercial growth, strategic execution, and cross-functional alignment across key markets including the UK, Ireland, and Nordics.
Owns full P&L accountability and leads the development and execution of multi-year business plans, translating regional strategy into high-impact brand activation, innovation, and sustainable growth across a portfolio of consumer health and personal care brands.
Partners closely with global brand teams and regional stakeholders to shape strategy, bring local market insight, and ensure execution excellence across marketing, media, customer development, and commercial functions.
Leads and develops a high-performing marketing team, fostering an inclusive, growth-oriented culture while strengthening capability, engagement, and leadership depth across the organisation.

* Full P&L ownership and delivery of regional growth strategy
* Development and execution of 3-year strategic operating plans
* Leadership of brand strategy, activation, and go-to-market execution
* Cross-functional collaboration across media, finance, RGM, customer development, and HCP teams
* Translation of data, insights, and performance metrics into commercial decisions
* Representation of Northern Europe in global brand and strategy forums
* Leadership, coaching, and development of marketing teams
* Driving innovation, portfolio growth, and market expansion
