Location: Halstead
Pay Rate: £100 – £130 per day

Are you a confident Drama Graduate seeking an exciting pathway into education? This school is looking for dynamic Drama Graduates who can bring creativity, energy, and strong communication skills to the classroom.
This is an excellent stepping stone for a Drama Graduate who plans to pursue a teaching qualification or a future Cover Supervisor role. You will also help deliver intervention groups, drama club activities, and classroom support across the curriculum.
Core Responsibilities:
• Support Drama and expressive arts lessons
• Help with rehearsals, performance preparation, and creative workshops
• Deliver confidence-building group sessions
• Assist teachers with lesson delivery and organisation
• Encourage positive participation and collaboration
Ideal Candidate:
• Enthusiastic Drama Graduate with strong interpersonal skills
• Interest in progressing into teaching or whole-class supervision
• Creative, proactive, and supportive
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
