Parts and Warranty Advisor
Location: Canterbury
Salary: £12.71 per hour plus monthly bonus scheme
Hours: Monday to Friday: 8:00am to 6:00pm and first Saturday of each month: 8:00am to 2:00pm
About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Parts and Warranty Advisor to join a busy and growing automotive aftersales team in Canterbury. This is a varied role offering excellent long‑term career prospects within a well‑established dealership group.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinating and scheduling service and parts appointments efficiently for customers and the workshop team
* Handling inbound and outbound customer calls
* Providing accurate advice and support on parts, warranty products, and service options
* Processing warranty claims accurately and efficiently
* Supplying parts to the workshop, managing stock orders, and maintaining accurate stock control
* Responding to customer and internal enquiries in a professional and timely manner
* Supporting the promotion of additional products and services, including upselling and retention offers where appropriate
Key Requirements
* Previous motor trade experience is advantageous but not essential.
* Experienced in customer service
* Excellent communication and telephone skills
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Good organisational and administrative abilities
* A proactive and reliable approach
* Confidence working independently and as part of a team
* Strong IT skills
Please note: We can only accept applicants who have the full Right To Work in the UK and live within a 30 to 45 minute commute.
